Impact Makers Foundation supports mission-driven organizations by pairing hands-on executive support with selective catalytic capital. Our work focuses on strengthening operations, governance, and sustainable business models so organizations can scale impact responsibly over the long term.

Grants of Time: Hands-On Executive and Technical / Operational Support

Our primary contribution is Grants of Time — intensive, hands-on executive and operational support delivered pro bono by experienced operators working directly alongside partner leadership teams.

Strategy & Operating Models

We work alongside leadership teams to clarify mission, refine operating models, and align activities with realistic capacity and resources. Our support emphasizes practical decision-making, clear priorities, and organizational structures that can be sustained over time.

Revenue & Social Enterprise Strategy

We help organizations evaluate and strengthen earned revenue and social enterprise approaches appropriate to their mission and stage of development. This includes assessing business models, unit economics, and risk so leaders can make disciplined choices about growth.

Org & Financial Management

We provide guidance on governance, budgeting, and financial practices that support stability and accountability. Our work emphasizes clear roles, reliable information, and controls that enable long-term stewardship.

Technology & Systems

We assist teams in selecting and implementing systems that enable consistent, efficient operations. This includes practical automation and tools that support program delivery, measurement, and responsible stewardship of resources.

Incubation, Experimentation, and Catalytic Capital

In selected cases, Impact Makers Foundation provides structured support to incubate, test, or refine mission-aligned initiatives that use business tools to create impact. This may include pairing Grants of Time with limited, catalytic capital to validate models, strengthen operations, or prepare initiatives for future investment or growth.

Depending on organizational structure and alignment, catalytic capital may be deployed using appropriate charitable or investment instruments.  this can include grants or loans for nonprofit organizations, and equity investments, loans, loan guarantees, or other mission-aligned structures for for-profit social enterprises.

All catalytic support is provided selectively,  with appropriate governance oversight, and in alignment with the Foundation’s charitable purpose.

Our focus is on building practical capability and readiness through selective partnerships, not managing an open application or grant cycle.
