What We Do
Grants of Time: Executive and Operational Partnership
Impact Makers Foundation deploys capital and expertise in support of mission-aligned organizations and social enterprises. The Foundation combines hands-on executive partnership with disciplined capital deployment to build operational strength, governance capacity, and sustainable impact.
Our primary mode of engagement is through Grants of Time — intensive, hands-on executive and operational support provided by experienced operators working alongside leadership teams. This support focuses on strategy, organizational systems, governance, financial stability, and sustainable operational practices.
Capital Deployment Tools
The Foundation deploys principal through a range of mission-aligned financial tools, including:
• Investments in for-profit social enterprises advancing charitable purpose.
• Loans to mission-aligned nonprofit organizations and community enterprises.
• Loan Guarantees to support credit access where traditional financing is limited.
• Revenue-Share Agreements and structured financial vehicles designed to align incentives with impact.
• Grants to nonprofit organizations advancing charitable objectives.
Incubation and Long-Term Partnership
We provide long-term operational and governance accompaniment designed to strengthen organizational capacity and institutional resilience. Our incubation model emphasizes disciplined escalation of support, governance alignment, and capital commitment where appropriate.
Governance and Stewardship
All engagements and capital commitments are subject to Board oversight and are structured to advance the Foundation’s charitable purposes in accordance with applicable nonprofit law.
